Wi-Fi continues to be a challenge here in NZ. Our new joke that everywhere has free Wi-Fi but it doesn’t connect to the internet. You can do some sweet peer-to-peer file sharing or look at the latest “no network connection” pages in your favorite browser. Even on the Wi-Fi for our campground tonight, which is probably the best we’ve had so far, it has taken over 30 minutes of retrying to upload a tiny subset of our awesome photos. Unfortunately I’ve also had to down-sample/crop a bunch to get them below the magic 3 mb size which appears to be the limit for this particular network.
